I have started teaching again…. the Strength and Conditioning course 3x a week

Its always been a passion of mine, the training of S&C. The feeling of pushing yourself beyond all boundries and doing it with full intensity!

I have been really enjoying taking the class and hope to see the numbers grow as people see the results for weight loss, conditioning, strength, explosiveness and how much more intensity you can bring to the muay thai, boxing, bjj and mma training … after only 2/3 weeks of S&C training.
